try this iso_tool.

put the iso_tool folder to your game folder.
run it
press X to the game naruto kizuna [untouched]
then choose decrypt. apply version patch. choose YES
then.. go to patch.. patch prometheus. EXIT
Play the game.
hope it works.

This steps and iso tool was tested and working in 5.03MHU/5.00M33-6/5.03GEN-C/5.50GEN-D3/Prometheus CFW/5.50 GEN-D2
